The story is short and cute, the illustrations are lovely with tons of little details on each page (we like to count the trees), and the educational quality is good. Seriously, this has been some of the best few bucks spent recently. Review: My two year old loves this book - I was a little worried when this arrived and it was only 5 pages long. I didn't think it would hold my son's attention at all, but he hasn't sat it down since I gave it to him on Valentine's Day. After less than a week the surface is peeling off the front (not because of bad quality, that's just how often it's used). When I sit down to read it with him he asks me to read it over and over ("again!") I read it 6 times last night before I made us move on to another book. I like that it has a regular garbage truck and a recycling garbage truck. A must for any little kids who are currently obsessed with trash trucks. There's not really much of a story but the illustrations are cute and the shape is fun and inviting. It's easy for my son to follow along and recite the simple story which he loves to do. I understand why people complain about them not being bound well. I would mirror this concern if your child is one who totes their books around a lot. This is not an issue for us as we have a designated reading spot in our house and our books don't leave that space unless we're going out of town. So keep that in mind.
