I've had this for a few weeks now and it now takes first prize as the worst electronic device I've purchased in the last three years from Amazon. This charger takes nearly 8 hours to fully charge from empty. When charging a certified quick charge 2.0 device (the power Pack says it's also backwards compatible to 2.0), it took 4 hours to charge a 3500mAh battery from 10% to 80%, and the packs battery indicator level dropped from full to less than 30% remaining according to the booklet. I'm asking for a replacement or refund due to maybe item having old or dead cells? ### ⭐ Failed after 6 weeks *by J***N on April 20, 2017* If I'd reviewed this sooner, I'd have given it a higher rating. Fortunately, I didn't, and I can give a more accurate review. It worked fantastically for about a month. Unfortunately, it completely failed a couple of days ago meaning it worked properly for about 6 weeks. While it worked it was great. Yes, it was a cheap battery, but I'd still expect it to last much longer than a month before failing.
