It may be hard to find items for some people to have when they cannot have regular sugar. The sugar is great to have on a plate with an apple and dip the Apple into it. If I need an afternoon snack, that’s it.

I like the product I use it on my cereal and oatmeal and other recipes. Its just like the real sugar and cinnamon.

<-- diabetic, type 2. Sometimes I like some cinnamon and sugar in my coffee so I needed to find a tasty alternative for the sugar part. There is NO nasty after taste and it tastes just I put cinnamon and SUGAR, not sugar sub, in it. I like to put it in my coffee mug or travel container before I pour in my coffee. It tends to help it mix in really good and if I'm in a hurry where every second counts, putting this in first gets mixed pretty good and saves me a little time. This is the 2nd bottle of this I have purchased since March I think and I plan to continue buying this for years to come. Even once I loose my weight and am no longer a diabetic, it's that good.
