Most gluten free pastas don't keep well.** A: Yes it does BUT please note that all alternative pastas simply have a different texture and component so won't be like traditional pastas. When reheating it is best to add more water or butter or sauce to help get moisture back in. It is also best to reheat in small time increments as just like cooking it can go overdone really quickly. (In microwave I try and re-heat in 15-30 sec increments). If you have the time the pasta can be "saved" when re-heating if you basically re-boil it to warm it back up. I've served it to family and friends with good acceptance. The cooking instructions are misleading though; you have to cook it much longer than instructed, otherwise it's less enjoyable. Be careful, though, you can overcook it and it can get a bit 'mushy' then. This is a great alternative to gluten laden traditional pasta and far higher in protein and it won't leave you with that 'I ate too much pasta' food coma. If you are 'grain free', this is the right stuff. I love cooking with it. It cooks up great in a rice cooker. The reason I am only giving it 3 stars is because it came in individual bags in this box and one of the bags had burst open in shipping. There was dry pasta everywhere. I had to throw a good bit of it out. This is pricey pasta so I expect to get to use every single noodle. You will eat a smaller portion to feel full than traditional pasta too.It got a 4-star only because it is quite pricey... Amazon has the better price than any local place but it's still quite pricey.
