The hem JUST BARELY hit the back of my knees. The sleeves were in the 3/4 style; very loose, just as it's shown in the picture. It is also a little see-through so if you plan on wearing this after a shower with nothing underneath, beware. But this just doesn't function for me with kids in the house. If you are a tiny wee little woman, this might work for you.
