It fits our hands perfectly and we both love the control that it give us. Razor sharp out of the box and excellent design and quality. It does take a bit of getting used to if you are used to a full size (10-12") chef's knife but once you get comfortable with it, it performs very well. I especially like it for chopping and dicing small items like garlic and olives! I have read complaints about the small handle I find the handle size to be perfect for my medium to large sized hands. The blade could be a little bigger but considering the intended use of the knife it is a good size. I used it all week for food preparation. It works well as a slicer. I was able to slice onions with it. Although the blade is a little short for chopping. I was also able to crush garlic with the blade.The fit and finish is nice. I would like to see the micarta being a little more grippy. Also the grind was a little off and the knife could of been sharper. Also the price that I paid was high for a PRC product.
