Most of the time they work pretty good all you really need is one for energy all day.i did buy one bottle though that made me feel shaky to be honest. I can definitely feel more energy when I take them. I take them about an hour before a workout or other activity. Seems to last 2 to 3 hours for me. I have a pretty high tolerance to caffeine, so that is pretty good. I wouldn't take them if I weren't going to exercise afterwards. I tried taking one in the morning before going to work one time and felt like I needed to get out my chair and run around the office in order to get comfortable and get rid of the jittery feeling. I didn't notice any jitters or nausea, however my caffeine tolerance is rather high. For the first week or so, they do provide a great boost, and I did use them until I ran out. I think my tolerance may have been what gave me trouble with them. The bottles were easy to carry in my purse though.
