The first part of the book shows you all the completed designs using a wonderful range of threads. There is an instructional page about how to transfer the designs onto your fabric, and then the final part of the book contains all the design transfers (over 70!). The selection of designs is really good and the examples of how effectively colours can be used is inspiring. I’m really impressed by the way the author Trish Burr has put this book together and I’m already looking at her other publications. I have copied a pattern via another means but not yet tried it direct to cotton or linen.
