The tips align and they are just stiff enough, without being overly stiff to overcome the inferior metal. I previously purchased a set of 6 black ESD tweezers that were about 1/2 the price of these. Wish I had spotted these first as could have saved some money and grief. Not in the same league as A. Dumonts & Fils, (Swiss) but still superior to the Black ESD labeled ones.
