I found the subject book to be invaluable because it has helped me in my professional life. Especially I agree with the author's concept of "BYOL" showed in chapter #4 which I apply at work almost every day. Overall this is a very interesting, well written and organized book that in my opinion has imbued unique and innovating ideas and concepts which I highly recommend to employees,managers and executives of all levels across all industries.
