It is a versatile oil in that it is light enough for salad dressings and strong enough for cooking without being overpowering. I was also glad to have found it on desertcart since it is less expensive than purchasing it from the California based company that makes it.

After having tried more brands of olive oil than I can remember, I finally found Olio Santo and am sticking with it. It is a versatile oil in that it is light enough for salad dressings and strong enough for cooking without being overpowering. I was also glad to have found it on Amazon since it is less expensive than purchasing it from the California based company that makes it.

Simply the BEST olive oil on the market ! Well worth the price. Very light and delicate taste, perfect for pasta, salad dressings. I wouldn't consider another evoo.
