The receivers that connect the horizontal arms have a recessed part to accept a tightening screw but there is no hole on the arm to insert a screw. As a result the horizontal arms are loose an if bumped could probably just fall off. Definitely a design flaw.I would have returned it except we had already cut the desktop mount to customize it to install where we want it instead of the edge of the desk.
