We really love this one and keep getting it over and over again. We do not want syrupy, sugary vinegars, and this is definitely not in that category. This has a nice balance in flavor, not too sweet, not too tart. It mixes beautifully with olive oil for salad dressings, or can be used by itself very nicely, and the price is not overly high for the frequent use we give it - several times a week. I am back here to buy another bottle as it's hard to find locally. For the moment, it's the only brand for me.
