I also own a Marcato Pasta maker and love it. The information is pretty basic... but then making pasta from scratch is pretty easy and very basic. Not much to it. The Marcato maker is a great tool to get thin layers to create various kinds of pasta shapes. The recipes are interesting and give one inspiration to get out of a rut...
