Attempted to use it again a few days later and it wouldn’t turn on. Blue light just blinked and no power. I charged it and no change.I sent 2 messages to Appolus support 3 days apart to see if I was doing something wrong.No response.So I returned it via the Amazon site and had a replacement shipped. SAME RESULT.Worked once and died.I’ll return it again and just get one from another manufacturer. Suggest you search elsewhere as well. Poor product reliability and terrible product support. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Spa Experience For A Fraction Of The Cost! *by C***E on Reviewed in the United States on March 14, 2020* I’ve always wanted to try microdermabrasion, but of course can’t afford the professional ones. I worked for a luxury skin care brand for a few years and am obsessed with skin care products. I read good reviews on this, did some research and decided to give it a try! I’m so glad I did. My skin feels so soft after just one use! The microdermabrasion tool is very strong, so if you have dry sensitive skin, the first setting is perfect. The higher settings are best suitable for those with larger pores and combo/oilier skin. The suction tool is very strong so no need to apply pressure, that may cause a hickey-like bruising to the skin. Be careful. Use gentle upward motions (pulling skin upwards). The diamond head for exfoliation feels amazing on the skin, and really helps with circulation as well. After the suction, and exfoliating, I finished with the blue light therapy, sprayed a cooling Rosewater toner on my skin, then proceeded with my serums and moisturizers. I woke up to super soft glowing skin! I highly recommend this tool, and at the price?! Perfection! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This a great little device, esp for the price *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 13, 2020* This is a great device. I use it once per month in conjunction with a peel and this my third month if use. I've been getting microdermabrasion services since 2003 at spas around the country and in Germany. This little tool is amazing for the price. It has great suction. You dont need to use it at the highest setting, unless you have leather for skin.Also, make sure to pull your skin towards your ears from as close to the ear as possible as you are stroking the same direction for skin on the sides of your face. Pull the bottom downwards toward your chin and the top back away from your forehead. If you dont pull your skin, you can get striping as other people mentioned due to basically your skin being "pulled" into the device. My advice is to start at low suction and do multiple passes, especially if you've never had a microderm treatment before, and work your way up in suction levels. When spas used to use the crystals, I always left with stripes on my face lol it dissipates after awhile. It wasnt until they started switching to diamond tips (like this device) did the stripes become less evident.This device is great for the price. It's super easy to use and gets the job done. The suction is great ( you want good suction).
