Quality first Made in high quality Platinum silicone Food safe silicone Professional results Thermal resistance Can be used to -60°C / -76°F Can be used up to +230°C / +446°F ideal for use in both oven and freezer completely safe for health Compliant with all food contact regulations, platinum silicone is a reliable and safe material, free of PFAS and BPA. WARNINGS We recommend not to use aggressive detergents, brighteners or perfumers for washing the molds in the dishwasher. In fact, the appearance of a white patina on the surface of the mould may occur, altering the flavors of the food in subsequent cooking. Nevertheless, it will be enough to place them in the oven (without any dough) for about an hour at a temperature of 200-220 ºC. White or coloured stains may form on the surface of the mould if special ingredients such as cocoa butter or tomato sauce are used; this is normal, the safety and functioning of the product is not compromised.
