It’s a fun scooter that has some zip to it! Some of the parts are not as “refined” as some of the much more expensive brands out there. What I mean by that is some of the parts that need tightening by hand via Allen wrench needs to be pretty aggressively tightened in order to get the pressure required to hold the seat and handlebars in place. But that’s a small thing that is easily overlooked by their fantastic customer service and how fun this little thing is!I had a little problem with the range on the scooter and I reached out to their customer service and I received a reply within 8 hours stating how they were going to send out the replacement part immediately! I am super impressed with the speed and efficiency of their desire to take great care of their customers! Thank you for a great experience! Buy this scooter!
