Review: Refreshing towelettes - A very refreshing scent and feel. If you need a quick wipe off or just want to cool off these are AMAZING!!! If you chill them they'll be even colder, but right out of the package wonderful. Try them warm to awesome. I've passed them out too for different things & others like them too. I've ordered twice already I'm about to go for round three. I'm a big fan. I've washed them and reused them as well.

**Q: Where are these made?**
A: Cotton towel washcloth material. Slightly open and microwave a few seconds it is really refreshing. Can also put in fridge or freezer for cool refreshing feeling.

**Q: What are the heating instructions for these?**
A: You can microwave them for 5-7 seconds. Gently open up the towel with one hand by grabbing the corner— and shake it out bc it can be steamy. 
Another great option is to keep them in a rice cooker.

How embarrassing is it to be a manager for a hotel and come across this little moldy towelette? I’ve used your products in the past and have never ever had this happen. I almost placed in a welcome bag for a rewards member. In Troubling times like this, I can’t even imagine how this would have come across to anyone seeing this. The towelette is discolored and actual mold is coming out. I want a refund and would like to speak to someone directly in regards to this.
