I'm vegan & take my lunch AND a lot of snacks to work so needed a bigger bag and this is perfect, yet not so big it's cumbersome. Have had it with my fit and fresh ice cooler (thin ice blocks Amazon recommends). So far plenty of space for everything & it's been 5hrs & all is still cool AND fluid does not leak out the neoprene which I was worried about, this bag GREAT! The good part is that the bag is able to stretch without loosing its shape. I love how the water bottle bad is included which is not something you usually get (or at least from what I searched on Amazon). The water bag is not small and will easily fit an average water bottle (it's even a bit loose than that but you can make it smaller if you wanted to.
