**Q: Does the telescope have the option to adjust focus?**
A: Yes, our lunar scope includes a finder scope to help you align the eyepiece until an object is in focus.

**Q: We can’t seem to focus it in. What would be the teason**
A: Took me a bit to figure it out because it doesn’t seem to be in the directions.  For me I got it working by putting the Focus Knob (K) in the middle and then sliding the Eyepiece (M or N) in or out to get a decent picture, then went back to the Focus Knob (K) for fine tuning.  Just dropping in an Eyepiece (M or N) to the default depth was not within the range of the Focus Knob (K).

**Q: Can you buy a taller tripod**
A: We did not manufacture any other tripods for this Lunarscope.

**Q: Where is the nut that holds the telescope to the tripod? We can't find it in the box anywhere.**
A: We are sorry to hear the nut is missing.  This usually ships attached to the tripod.  Please contact us directly at help@natgeotoys.com so we can make this right for you.
