They are delicious - they do have a bit of a grassy flavor, but I enjoy the taste. I cook gluten-free at home, due to ocular rosacea; gluten makes this worse. These noodles are best, to me, when rinsed after cooking. They reheat nicely. I'm sad that Whole Foods has stopped carrying them in stores - when I come across them, I buy multiple packages. The noodles have lots of fiber, and generally, are tasty and satisfying.
