The metal ended up scratching our table under the weight of the water jug when we set it up (nothing I couldn't repair but still disappointing). We left Rybak some feedback letting them know what happened. They immediately contacted us back, apologized to us for our trouble and refunded our money to make up for the damage to our table. We are very pleased to see that there are still companies out there that care about quality and making things right when a mistake happens. I would certainly buy from this seller again in the future. I wish that all companies stood behind their products like this!I have replaced the plastic feet on the legs and everything works as advertised.
