These cute little guys sit on my hand for a bit and then pop their sweet little heads out to have a look at what is going on. So when I saw this book on having them as pets I got it to read.I love how the author has carefully laid out the steps so that kids and their parents can follow along and prepare all they need to set up a successful crab tank. The author also discussed important facts that will ensure the happy survival of your pet hermit crab. Each vacation I would bring one home and it would last maybe a few weeks at the most. Now I know why. I was not giving it salt water, I didn't maintain the proper humidity or temperature.
