She did not like the poofyness of the sleeves at the shoulders. That's not evident on line unless you look closely at the picture from the back. We returned it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Softttt! *by D***A on February 20, 2013* Can't believe how soft this sweater is! I normally like structured, puffy shoulders but my only problem is that this one can be a bit much- I have to pull it closer to my shoulder so as to not like like obi one kenobi; hence the minus one star. Size wise, I normally wear M in pullovers but do size down in cardigans due to thin arms. Small fits perfectly on the arms and I do think the M would be too much in the shoulders- I'd probably need 2 seats on a plane if I wore a medium because of how much the shoulders would protrude. I would recommend sizing down for that reason. All in all, the softest sweater I own, nothing like the cheap acrylic stuff out there.
