Was not looking for a height boost so can't comment on that. I tend to walk on and apply a lot of pressure to my heels, at least that's what the machine at the New Balance store says. The problem is their recommended memory foam insoles are $70! I reluctantly bought a replacement pair but knew it wasn't going to work out as a long term solution at 70 dollars a pair. So I found these, and honestly I can't tell the difference between these and the high dollar New Balance insoles. I've already bought multiple pairs for other shoes and they're all good.
