Review: Tried many ways, this was the best method. - Love the color change. Need to preserve some special flowers and ruined the first attempts in a freeze dryer. The remaining ones went into this silca and came out very good. I did leave them undisturbed for a full month. Again these flowers were important to preserve. No damage and completely dry when removed. Just be mindful of how you handle the flowers once they are dry. They are delicate. But it does work very well.

**Q: what %age of orange mix in this pack?**
A: I'm going to take a guess 10 to 15 percent ?  I'm not that good at math ! I can tell U this when the orange granules turn blue it's time to cook them back to orange but do Ur self a favor use an old pan U can cook it on top alittle at a time or In the oven ! It takes time so be patient ! I hope this was a help !

**Q: Is this tsa approved to be brought on board a domestic usa flight?**
A: I think as long as you have it packed in a suit case that isn't a carry on it should be ok to bring it. Its non toxic and the little packets that keep things dry and moisture free are silica gel packs

**Q: Is it the same insde a refrigerator refrigerating system which filter the liquid freon pror to entering the evaporator?**
A: Geez. Most of us are preserving flowers. My mechanical engineering knowledge is shaken. 😳👏

**Q: How can you reactivate the silica gels in the microwave?**
A: You can’t use the microwave afaik (at least, it is not in instructions!) You spread the gel on a baking sheet and pop in the oven on low for a couple of hours to reactivate.

wow, super impressed with bow well and fast this atuff dries flowers! woeked great on most of the flowera i dried except the sun flowers so i think i will preaa those in a book next time
