It was a direct fit for my 1997 Toyota Camry. I didnt need the "gasket" or "dampener" or whatever the rubber thing was called, but it did work with just two bolts.

This is the second Walker 18903 I've installed on my '98 Camry. First one lasted just under 3 years. I expect the same from this one. In Wisconsin, mufflers don't last long. (Walkers stainless muffler 21328 lasted 6 years before rusting out on my Camry). It fits well and is a good value for the money, just don't expect it to last longer in the rust belt.
