最近は杏仁豆腐のカップ入りが少なくなってきました。近所のスーパーやドラッグストアでも見かけません。プリンの様に、そうそう飛ぶように売れる味ではないので理解はできますが、寂しいものです。そこでこの杏仁豆腐の素の登場です。牛乳を使って作るのですが、そう難しいところはありません。ハウスのゼリーエースみたいなものです。コツは最初に牛乳を小鍋で温める際に、ホットミルクの様に沸騰させない事です。使う牛乳によって味が大きく左右されるので、あっさり目が好きな私は低脂肪乳を使います。子供達は特濃牛乳が好みの様です。食後のデザートにはもってこいなのでぜひ試して頂きたいですね。

もっと値段の高いものもいろいろ市販されていますが、寒天ぽくないこれが私は一番好きです。ちなみに表示とおりだとちょっと固いので、私は牛乳400CC、水50CCで作っています｡甘さもちょうどよく､なめらかに仕上がります｡

付属レシピと違う、うちの場合の２箱ぶんの作り方メモ大きめガラス容器に・この杏仁粉末・牛乳500mlを入れ、溶けるまでぐるぐる混ぜ「レンジあたため」しっかりあたたまるくらいで取り出し、・牛乳を200ml　を追加混ぜたら　その容器のまま冷蔵庫へ...簡単！（おまけ）桃缶も開け小さく切り、シロップごとタッパーに入れて冷蔵庫へ。出来たまるごと杏仁とその桃缶タッパーとを並べて冷やしてあると、家族が自分でよそって食べてます...（桃とシロップとをトッピングしてね）付属レシピだと水も使うので...かなりゆるゆるでそれも美味しいのですけどうちのように牛乳だけで行くと、もう少ししっかりめの仕上がり...それでも十分、ゆるふるしています（水の量は厳密じゃなくても大丈夫...という参考に）ちなみに我が家では「低脂肪乳」で作っていますよ。とくに問題ないですね。
