I have never been able to digest Whey protein powder up until I gave Osmo a shot. I was so convinced by her research that it was an important piece of nutrition that my muscles needed for recovery. The taste is very mild and I mix it with organic unsweetened Coconut milk and drink it within 30 min of my workouts. It does not repeat on me which all other Whey protein powders have done int the past. 5 stars from me! I'm 5'10 and use two scoops with 12-16oz of almond milk & I can still feel the benefits later in the day and the next day. (side note: I don't adhere to the suggestions for the pre0load hydration either and still feel the benefits).
