Non-slip underneath the cup is very helpful and the cup is nice, light and easy to hold. I like that it does not leave a metal taste in my mouth like other bottles do - which was the main reason for getting it. The strap is also more handy than I had expected. My only complaint would be that the function of closing the drinking hole could be better. I press that part of the lid down but it does not seal very well. And if the mug gets knocked over it will leak most times.
