This can be used once a week. With no issues. You can lessen it by removing it before it's time. **Q: Is it normal to breakout? Been using this 2 times, 1x week, and brokeout both times around my mouth.** A: It’s your skin purging. It should go away within a couple of days. Around the mouth we tend to have a lot of clogged pores from eating and makeup and such so it has to pull out the gunk and skin often gets a bit worse before it gets better.
