There are many recipe to be found on the web and you can easily make your own ham, or a variety of deli meats using poultry , beef or pork with the greatest advantage of being able to control the amount of salt ( sodium) if you on a sodium restricted diet. The amount of flavors you can make are as far as your imagination can take you .
