Eventhough we have been under quarantine, it has been really easy to manage my weight and I feel like this was definitely a part of it. Looking at the ingredients, it's got a bit too much melatonin for me to take two before bed so I've been sticking to my routine of just one every night. This has been working really well for me.The weightloss has been gradual but completely effortless on my part. This is absolutely the combination I'm looking for in a weight loss supplement. I don't feel like I'm ingesting scary ingredients for a quick temporary fix of results.Taking this before bed has helped my sleep a fair amount and I would probably keep taking this even if that were the only benefit. Being drug free, this doesn't make me drowsy, so unfortunately getting to sleep is still pretty difficult for me. However, the quality and length of sleep seems to have improved pretty quickly after I have started taking this.Taking the pill itself isn't too difficult as there is no aftertaste and it's not too big. I found the instructions to be a bit confusing because while it is a night time supplement, I would expect to take it before bed. However, the instructions say to take it 1-2 time ls per day.Either way, so far this product has been great and even if I'm not taking as many as the recommended dose, I feel it's had a positive impact on both my weight and sleep. I feel like there has been a change since I've started this product, however not drastic enough for it to feel unhealthy or severely temporary.
