### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ About the same sodium as reduced sodium soy sauce.

This is an awesome substitute for soy sauce -and has a better flavor -HOWEVER, my goal was to reduce sodium -and the percentage shown can be misleading. Reduced sodium soy sauce shows 25% of recommended sodium on label -and this shows 7% -which makes it seem much lower until you read serving size. Serving size for this is 1 teaspoon -serving size for soy sauce is 1 tablespoon -so there is actually little difference. I should have read the image of the label more closely, but I was disappointed after spending over ten bucks for 8 ounces. Found some with much lower sodium and at a much lower price, but this was delicious in the meantime.

We are doing Whole 30, got this since it is compliant. It is SO GOOD. A little sweeter than soy sauce, but honestly I like it better. And certain soy products aren't great either, especially for women (soy causes fluctuations in estrogen levels.) Great on chicken, veggies and fish!!! Will be using this instead of soy sauce from now on 👌

I ordered it specifically to make an egg roll bowl recipe.  It made all the difference.  It changed the flavor from salty to delicious!  Just like eating egg rolls, without the wraps.
