These are the first pair of dance/ballroom shoes I've owned, and I am so happy with them. I stand more upright, can move faster and more elegantly in them, they keep me on my toes, and let me glide through the steps. It is a sturdy yet beautiful shoe. In black, it goes with any outfit. I can dance about 1.5 hours straight before my knees feel it. They are comfortable shoes that don't force your toes into the peep hole.I ordered 1.5 sizes down based on past reviews (I am a 7 but I got a 5.5) which ended up to be perfect.
