The flavor profile far EXCEEDS Manuka honey and my research reading says Buckwheat honey has more antioxidants and other health benefits. I won't bother throwing away money on Manuka again; Buckwheat is where the consumer should go. It's also from Ukraine, which I am personally interested to realize that, and to support their economy.
