For instance, rice paper is too porous to go through a pigment ink printer without absorbing and smearing the ink. A very light dusting of this product works beautifully to prepare the surface. I'm not sure how you will use it on your capes, but I would experiment before turning twenty partying kids loose with magic markers and a printing pouch. Is it talc, does it have perfume?** A: Hello, I tried to take a photo of the package however the dark colors on the package did not photograph well. There is no true description on it, it simply says " Acid-free, Non-Toxic, Non-irritating, Talc-Free." The substance is powdery though. I cannot recommend this product enough!! I paint Wooden, peg dolls and use fine tip markers for their tiny faces and the markers would always run. One dab of this on the wood and their facial features would set perfectly. I love it.
