I use soy wax so it was a little harder to get it out but def follow the instructions by putting it in the freezer for 15 minutes before you use it. Also someone said use coconut oil to make it come out easier which definitely helped. I also had to use a blow dryer to help loosen it a bit and then put it back in the freezer and it came right out perfectly no problem.
