Received 1 coat 2xl too small, received another 3xl, too small very simalar in size to the first. I have waited since my birthday in october to get a warm coat as i liked the look of it!! Anyway asked the company for a teturns label as i cannot have this coat that is unsitable for me they said there coats go up too 48 chest on their site. I'm size 10/12. Unfortunately the coat was too big and had a couple of faults. The material is shiny,I thought it was matte as in the picture. Coat was thick and fur attached by elasticated loops on hood. Good length, just below knee.I contacted the sellers and they were very helpful. Offered to send me a different size and to keep the XL too. Customer service were very good.Replacement coat came in a Medium but unfortunately way too small.
