They're really good! The instructions suggest a few oil and sweetener options of which I chose coconut oil and maple syrup. It was really quick and easy to prepare and only 15 mins to bake. The mix is not like the homemade, from scratch kind my mom used to make but more like a variation. Substituting healthier ingredients is worth the difference in taste to me. It's not a bad difference, just....different, and still really good. I liked the pancakes, they reminded me of a breakfast sandwich, kind of like the biscuit and egg mixed together. The directions give the option to add banana but I made them w/out. I really would like to make them again to use for breakfast sandwiches. I followed the instructions for the brownie mix and added the zucchini, they were good but were more like deep chocolate cake than brownie (in taste and texture). Everyone really likes the chocolate chip cookies, they've been the favorite. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tasty abd good despite user errors *by K***R on September 21, 2015* The brownies are very tasty. I made them with almond butter, since I had that on hand. And I used some honey for sweetener. I baked them in an 8x8 pan, but had a problem with uneven cooking. The edges were very cakey and the center almost undercooked. I cooked them longer than the instructions, trying to get the center set. I thought the flavor was very good, and the texture was very moist brownie-like, despite my baking issues. I'm going to try again with cashew butter and see where I might have erred. Yes, I would buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good brownie *by L***S on March 1, 2017* Those brownies are very good. Moist and cake-like. I was glad to find these because though I usually order gluten-free baking products, so I am used to the crumbly texture and the fact that they will not be exactly like the wheat-box mixes I ate as a kid, I am trying to get away from the high-glycemic starches found in most GF mixes. I put grated zucchini and walnuts in the mix and used monk fruit sugar as a sweetener to keep it low glycemic. No one could tell there was zucchini in there. But I learned the hard way that you need very little monk sugar and my first batch was overly sweet, not in a good way. Kind of expensive - I might be able to do my own recipe in the future - but for now I like the convenience.
