**Q: Is it normal for this to taste/smell like yeast?**
A: They had a vitamin smell similar to other multiple vitamins. They did not smell like yeast to us. I hope they have a customer service person who checks these questions. They would likely be better able to answer your question. We have used these vitamins for several years with very satisfactory results.

**Q: why is this labelled as vegetarian and not vegan? does it contain milk products?**
A: The label does not list dairy products

**Q: I have trouble swallowing very large pills.  Are these capsules very large?**
A: On a scale of very small, small, medium, large, and extra large (with medium as the biggest of the "easy to swallow" size) I would rate these as large.  Also note that they are TABLETS and not capsules, and they don't have a slick coating so they are pretty dry;  I would recommend a fair amount of liquid when taking.

Since I was already taking calcium supplements, I wanted a multi-vitamin with little calcium. This is the one: it contains only 2% of the RDA for calcium, 4% of the RDA for magnesium. I've been taking the supplement for a couple of years now. Hard to say for sure if it's making a difference in my health; I suppose I take it more for reassurance that I have my nutritional bases covered.A reviewer of a similar product made the interesting comment that the Country Life multi didn't affect the color of his urine, which led him to conclude that he was absorbing most of the vitamins and minerals. Maybe there's something to that.For the reviewer (of the similar CL product) who criticized the taste, I would ask if she took it with food. I took this pill once first thing in the morning, right before eating breakfast, and felt a bit of nausea from the taste. But normally I take it after a meal, with no ill effects.

I have taken Country Life vitamins for several years now. I believe they help my energy levels. I have never had a digestion problem with them. My main reason for choosing them is they are certified gluten-free.

These are incredible! I'd stop there because that's all that needs to be said, but I have been raving about these to everyone so I will rave to Amazon too! 1) Glass bottles; that speaks for itself! Their quality extends past their daily total one multivitamin and into their bottles as well. 2) I have hypothyroidism and was sluggish and I thought it was due to my prescriptions. Turns out it was because I was missing a little something in my life; This! I love it. I have too much energy throughout the day. I have never been so productive, happy, and motivated to do anything! 11 out of 10 would recommend this to even my worst enemy!
