A: Hi there,
Yes this product is good for all baking and desserts too. I feel that it’s very mild and hence use 1teaspoon of the powder for 1teaspoon extract instead of the recommended 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon extract.

**Q: The price shows £175.26 / kg so the £9.99 packet should contain 57g. Is that correct, does £9.99 get me 57g?**
A: The £9.99 bag has 25g in the one I ordered.
