**Q: triple what strength?**
A: I agree that there is nothing in the description of the product that tells consumers what they are buying.  For example, this information should be printed in the product description:    The daily "serving size" is 2 tablets = 1500 mg glucosamine and 1200 mg chondroitin.  Thus, EACH TABLET is 700 mg glucosamine and 600 mg chondroitin.  There is no MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) in this product which other manufacturers have in their products. What is known is that there are 2 bottles containing 170 tablets each = 340 tablets.Of course, use simple math to compute the cost of each tablet including shipping if applicable.

**Q: I live in Latvia (europe). can i have glucosamine chondroitin to be shipped there?**
A: I am able to send it to your country through our postal service in the United States called USPS (United States Postal Service). However, you would have to pay for the international shipping. I would also send you a tracking number so you can see where your package is located. When the package reaches your country, it will be your country's postal service's responsibility to reach your home address. The reason for this is because I am not sure how your country handles its packages.

I am amazed at how much this has helped the pain I had in my hands!! I was so limited in what I could do because of arthritis in my hands. I was taking Ibuprofen twice a day, which I hated to do. Even the Ibu didn't help as much as this!! My doc said it could take a few months before I would notice a difference, but it started working after a few weeks. Please note: I used a different brand after I had been out of the Spring Valley and the pain came back!! I quickly ordered the Spring Valley from Amazon and now I'm pain free again.
