They are all the same size, they differ in the filter they use. MusicSafe comes with 2-3 filters (approximately 16dB, 19dB, 21dB) so you can choose how much attenuation you want. They use a "music filter" that's good but not linear. Their main appeal is being able to use a lower filter for less noisy environments (restaurant for example). PatryPlug comes with the 19dB music filter. It's the same as using a MusicSafe with the medium filter. PatryPlug Pro comes with a 21dB "premium" linear filter. It has the best sound quality as the filter is more linear than the music filter and thus gives you more accurate hearing. They come with a very convenient key chain holder so that you will always have them on you. I work within the audio industry and have to say its hard to beat this price for dB reduction and fairly clear vocal range still retained. These do a great job at not destroying the complete sound by muffling everything but instead use selective reduction in your audible hearing range to protect your ears. They keep the music sounding clear and vocal range audible while talking to others in a night club. These ear plugs actually make it easier to hear someone talking to you in a club which is great because theres nothing worse by having to pull plugs in and out of your ears all night. I only gave this review 4 out of 5 starts because my first pair came with a damaged center filter which was cracked.
