When I contacted the seller regarding this, their email response was fast but strange in that they wanted me to "send us 12 digit barcode of the product (if possible image) which you have received, so that we can solve your issue with out returning the product." Hmmm...OK The next sentence stated that I could still return the package with the included RMA#, but in order to do so, it had to be undamaged/unopened/unused. Geez -- had they not read my email? How did they plan to remedy this since I had already opened the bottle to find out it was not as advertised? My husband said, "It's not good, send it back!" so I supplied them with the UPC# and decided to prepare the bottle for return. A day went by and I received a second email, which basically stated, "...as per the given UPC code the product which you have received is same with the product which you have placed an order with us. As per our return policy we cannot accept the returns for the used/opened products." This email doesn't even make sense! Yes, thank you for telling me I ordered a product from you.
