**Q: list of ingredients**
A: Per 1 Veg Capsule:  Ginkgo Biloba (60mg); Standardized Rosemary Leaf Extract (25mg); Phosphatidyl Serine from soy (15mg); Huperzine A (25mcg); L-Glutamine (125mg); Gotu Kola (125mg); Choline (50mg).  Other ingredients:  Cellulose, Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate, Silica.

**Q: What is this Alpha Brain that several reviewers have been talking about?**
A: It's another natural cognitive supplement from another company, which contains similar ingredients.  I have never tried it, but I wouldn't because it contains Bacopa, which I am allergic to.

**Q: Can taking Brain Elevate hinder good sleep**
A: I have taken it daily for years, and I find that taking one before bed does not interfere with quality sleep, but reduces head pain.

**Q: How does this compare to Alpha Brain?**
A: It's not even close to alpha brain. This product ended up making me sick actually. Terrible headaches and nausea.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comparable to Alpha Brain

Please do your research before buying any supplement as one should know what is being place in one's body. This is an all natural supplement to enhance attention span, focus, and memory. Many of the "active ingredients" have been used in studies related to the treatment of memory loss and Alzheimer's. With that said I highly recommend this product. I am able to see a clear difference on days where I use brain elevate to when I do not. I take this supplement around 7am, and have a prime level of focus from about 7am to 10am. It seems that is has a life of about 3 hours in your system. Great way to help focus on studying, work, etc. I recommend removing any external stimuli from the area such as TV, radio, etc. and just let yourself get "in the zone."
