**Q: There was no manual or recipe book included.  Should there have been?**
A: I don't think so. It just includes the roller and the mold. Hopefully yours arrived without being open. Mine was.

Initially used this when we were in Italy and will never go back to the wheel tools I have used in the past. After the class I looked this product and ordered it so it was on our doorstep when we got back. Makes the perfect square ravioli with a great seal so the contents do not leak.
