So definitely think it’s worth it, the pedal is long and strong and can’t see it breaking like others in the past. Also would like to mention there is a lock on the inside which may be handy for people with children as I know my nephew would find his way into the bin if he could! Good size for rubbish, we actually have integrated bins from b and q in our kitchen cupboard and they are so small and impractical. Great bin! Additionally, other bins have a silver handle in the middle so you can only put the bin liner over it which makes it awkward but these have finger hole / ridges to pull each compartment up. Very helpful. Review: Holds a great deal of rubbish - I used to have a plastic bin from Wilkinson; although I can’t fault it’s purpose this was definitely an upgrade. It unfortunately arrived with a dent in the lid which I was refunded a sum for the defect however I wish I had done an exchange as it’s beginning to bug me. The outside is very easy to clean given it’s sleek design, and the nooks on the edges of the opening are quite easy to get to.. however when you take the bin out, the grooves at the bottom are very hard to get to and tedious to clean as there’s 10 of them!
