Now his 2yo little brother is using it. It has been outdoors all the time & I would say the fading is minimal & nothing has broke on it. They actually both get on it sometimes, so that is a combo weight of over 100lbs! Review: Fun and Easy - We bought this climber for our 16 month old son. The suggested age is 2+ so I was a bit concerned about how Jack would do on it. Within 2 days he had it all figured out and could climb up the stairs by himself (although I still recommend staying close by when younger kids are on it). I researched lots of climbers before deciding on this one and am very happy with our decision. Similiar products were too small or seemed unsafe. The Woodland Climber assembled within 30 minutes, is sturdy, attractive, made in the USA, and fun! It's also big enough that my son can use it for a few years before out-growing it.
