The other problem I find is that, although they are high enough, they aren't wide enough. Mine keep moving to one side of my shoe so I can feel and edge rubbing on my soles, which can get uncomfortable. At 5ft 71/2 inches, i don’t consider myself that short but am aware how quickly my taller friends seem to get served at the bar. Hence I bought these insoles on a whim.I wore them to work - perhaps a bit too long a duration as my feet were ‘killing me’ after 8 hours but I noticed how I was notably taller than my female colleagues. None of them said anything! I did feel better about myself if I’m honest.I think it would be better to keep them for a date say. They make a huge difference and id definitely reccomend them as long as they will fit in your boots. Far better than paying out for expensive boots with them built in. They are however hell to walk in because they're so firm and springy.
